Before starting the work
Below is a list of all the necessary resources for a smoother process and for us to be more efficient. Our equipment works with a 220-volt power supply. It is the same plug required to operate your stove or dryer.
We may also require to access your electrical panel.
General Information
Our team is at your service Monday to Friday from 7:00 am. To ensure better follow-up, we will notify you the day before of approximately when our team will arrive.
Although our mission is to restore your floors, your total satisfaction is our main concern. Our goal is to restore your floors to their original condition. However, many products have evolved over the years, which may result in a slight variation between the tones and/or glosses of yesteryear. Nevertheless, their quality remains the same.
With the arrival of these new products, finishes look less synthetic and more natural. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to restore the appearance of your floors, while respecting your tastes and needs, using specialised equipment, quality products and our professionals' expertise. We offer high-performance products and you can decide on the level of shine: semi-gloss, satin or matt. It's important to mention your preference when you book us to carry out the job.
Maintenance
To keep your hardwood flooring in perfect condition, consider the following guidelines.
- A minimum waiting time of 48 hours is required before putting back any furniture. Moderate and light traffic is allowed 24 hours after the last coat has been applied.
- It is strongly recommended to use self-adhesive felt protection under the base of your furniture to avoid damaging the flooring.
- Any varnish takes up to 3 weeks to reach its maximum hardness. Special attention is, therefore, required during this critical phase. We also recommend moderate movements and work.
- You will also have to wait 3 weeks before washing your flooring in order not to alter their shine.
